flakers have to be sharpened and re-set at regular intervals. This can be a very
time-consuming and personnel-intensive job. The quality and precision of these
tasks depend strongly on the accuracy and dedication of the individual worker.
With the sharpening and setting robot PZSE the knives can be sharpened and set automatically.
